The World's Lightest MAHA-PTX™
Industrial Lighting that Innovates with Reduced Weight and Volume

In industrial sites requiring high-power lighting, the weight of the luminaire is a 'design variable' and a 'cost-determining factor'. The MHP series is an innovative industrial luminaire that meets these site demands by achieving the lightest weight in its class for the same power output.

Despite its integrated driver design, the 800W model weighs only 11.5kg, and even the 1800W model is just 20kg, which is a weight reduction of 30-50% compared to the existing MAH(MAHA-Plus) products.
This revolutionary lightweight design dramatically reduces the load on high-altitude or tower-like structures during installation, while simultaneously enhancing construction efficiency and safety.

The core technology enabling such extreme weight reduction is GigaTera's unique PTX™ thermal solution.
Through a proprietary thermal structure with an exceptional thermal conductivity of 3,000W/mK, it reduces weight and volume while maximizing thermal performance. This allows it to perfectly handle high power outputs without increasing the size of the housing, ensuring stable performance over its entire lifespan.

A New Standard in Power Expansion, Modular Design
Optimal Flexibility Achieved with 100W Modules

The MHP series is designed based on independent 100W modules, allowing for flexible expansion from 300W to 1800W according to the site's power requirements.

Each module incorporates the same heat dissipation structure and optical system, ensuring that thermal performance and optical uniformity are maintained even as the number of modules increases. Furthermore, all modules are mounted horizontally (0 degrees), and the overall depth of the luminaire expands according to the number of modules as power increases.

This modular design enables customized lighting configurations for a wide variety of environments.
From production efficiency and maintenance convenience to site-specific application flexibility, the MHP series is a true modular lighting solution that realizes all these values.

· 300W ~ 600W: Low-mast structures for community sports facilities like tennis courts and futsal fields.
· 800W ~ 1800W: High-mast structures for large-scale industrial facilities such as airports and ports.

ULR 0% - Perfect Light Pollution Control
Zero Uplight, Glare Suppression Technology

The MHP series is equipped with a full cut-off optical system that perfectly achieves a ULR (Upward Light Ratio) of 0%, while maintaining the powerful performance of high-power industrial lighting.
This is a high-precision, eco-friendly lighting solution that fundamentally blocks the upward leakage of light.
The key to this innovative light control lies in the asymmetric beam distribution design that precisely illuminates only the necessary areas.

Asymmetric Beam Distribution (Wide Asymmetric)
- Light that accurately reaches only the work area
- Suppression of light spread and glare by blocking upward light
- Minimization of light interference to surrounding areas
- Prevention of Light Pollution through precision beam control

The MHP series consistently maintains a ULR value of 0% even when installed at an upward angle of up to 15 degrees on pole heights of 14m or less. This means that light can be projected further while being perfectly controlled, enabling the precise construction of an optimal lighting environment without concerns of light pollution under various site conditions.

Optical Design that Considers the Workers
Glare-Free, Uniform, and Soft

The MHP series addresses the chronic problems of industrial sites—glare and non-uniform illuminance—with innovative optical technology. The lens-per-chip structure applied to each LED precisely controls the light without a single error, preventing direct exposure of the light source and fundamentally blocking the glare that causes visual fatigue for workers. Through this, the light is diffused more softly and uniformly, providing a comfortable feeling as if under natural daylight.

The wide beam distribution of the MHP series demonstrates its true value even under demanding site conditions. It can secure uniform illuminance over a large area without a separate, precise aiming process, and you can experience its outstanding performance even in large-scale spaces with a limited number of installed luminaires. Furthermore, the wide and soft light mitigates shadows to enhance work safety and contributes to productivity by providing a stable field of vision across the entire space. The minimized spill light and significantly improved Unified Glare Rating (UGR) perfectly meet international lighting quality standards.

GigaTera's glare control technology is the optimal solution that prioritizes worker safety and visual comfort, while also maximizing the efficiency of the lighting design and performance in the actual field.

Extreme Thermal Performance, Application of PTX™ New Technology
More Powerful, Longer Lasting with PTX™!

Thermal management technology is the key element that determines the brightness and lifespan of LED lighting. As power output increases, heat control becomes even more critical, and the heat sink fin method, which increases the volume and weight of the product, faces structural limitations. It is at this very point that GigaTera's proprietary PTX™ thermal technology provides an innovative answer.

The new-generation material applied to PTX™ completes a higher level of thermal management performance with an internal structure design that optimizes heat flow, and its thermal conductivity of 3,000W/mK, about 8 times higher than silver, proves this fact. This remarkable performance enables fast and precise thermal control even in a small and light structure, completing the foundation for an optimized thermal solution for high-power LED lighting.

This technological perfection is linked to sustainability and the tangible value for the customer.
For example, the eco-friendly material that meets PFAS regulations maximizes sustainable value, while reasonable production costs and high design flexibility maximize the economic value of the project.
This proves that PTX™ is not just a high-performance component, but a 'complete solution' that guarantees project efficiency and long-term reliability.

Both Integrated and Remote Configurations, Perfectly
Flexible Driver Configuration Optimized for the Installation Environment

The MHP series provides an optimized installation solution that can respond to various industrial site conditions.
It perfectly supports not only the concise installation method of the Integrated Type driver but also the Remote Type driver installation method that maximizes site requirements and maintenance convenience.
For example, in cases where maintenance accessibility is important, the driver can be installed at the bottom of the pole instead of on the luminaire body. In this case, the driver space within the body is converted into a Junction Box for wiring.

Notably, even when installed as a remote driver configuration, the external size and structure of the luminaire body remain the same.
This means that it maintains compatibility with the existing design while providing optimal flexibility according to the site situation. The MHP series goes beyond the limitations of fixed installation methods to provide true design flexibility that considers the characteristics of the work environment and long-term maintenance plans.
Through this, customers can secure both enhanced construction efficiency and system operational stability.

Support for Standard and Reverse Installations
Flexible Bracket Structure According to the Installation Environment

The MHP series has a structure that allows for the flexible selection of the bracket's position according to the installation environment.
A standard installation is a method where the bracket is attached to the bottom of the luminaire and stably fixed to the top of a structure. On the other hand, a reverse installation allows the luminaire to be mounted in a suspended form from the bottom of a structure by attaching the bracket to the top of the luminaire. At this time, only the position of the bracket is changed, while the illumination direction of the lighting is maintained, enabling flexible construction that is not constrained by the structural limitations of the site.

As such, the flexible bracket structure of the MHP series supports optimal lighting design in any installation environment, ultimately maximizing construction convenience.

Fully Open Housing Structure
Air Circulation Design that Maximizes Natural Convection

The MHP series has overcome the thermal management limitations of sealed lighting with its unique open design.
Sealed housings tend to cause a decline in LED performance and lifespan due to internal heat stagnation. The MHP series has solved this problem by adopting a housing structure that is completely open on the front, back, left, and right, and even the top surface, based on PTX™ thermal technology. This structure maximizes natural convection to quickly and efficiently dissipate internal heat. As a result, it minimizes luminous flux degradation due to heat and simultaneously secures long-term reliability and durability.

Furthermore, concerns about the external environment that an open structure might have are resolved with a perfect IP66-rated dustproof and waterproof performance. This ensures stable, top-tier lighting quality under any weather conditions.

As such, the MHP series proves that 'structure is performance' with the most advanced open design.
