GigaTera's Light Becomes One with the Roar of the Fans
- This project is a premier case study in the implementation of a Total Sports Lighting Solution, where the entire main lighting, facade lighting, and interior lighting of Busan Sajik Baseball Stadium—the heart of Korean professional baseball and the home of the Lotte Giants—was completely replaced with GigaTera's state-of-the-art LED lighting system.
Sajik Baseball Stadium, the hallowed ground of Busan baseball, is more than just a ballpark; it is a symbolic space that represents the city's pride and is a gathering place for the fans' passion. To maximize this symbolism, GigaTera provided an integrated solution that encompassed not only the best main lighting for enhancing player performance but also interior lighting for fan convenience and facade lighting that defines the stadium's first impression.
In particular, the RGB facade lighting installed on the stadium's exterior, capable of producing more than nine different vibrant colors, has created a unique and distinctive nighttime view for Sajik Stadium. On game days, this provides intense visual interest for the countless spectators visiting the stadium, heightening their anticipation from the moment they arrive and perfectly fulfilling its role as a powerful brand marketing light that extends the stadium's passionate energy to the outside.
This signifies that the lighting has become an emotional communication channel that breathes with the roar of the fans and reaches the pinnacle of the fan experience, going beyond being merely a part of the architecture.
