- This project is a premier sports lighting solution in which the aging lighting of the tennis courts at the 'Peninsula Community Center (PCC)' in California, USA, was completely replaced in 2019 with GigaTera's state-of-the-art MAHA series LED sports lighting, maximizing member satisfaction and innovating the facility's operational efficiency.
As a facility responsible for the health and vitality of the local community, the Peninsula Community Center was faced with the challenge of providing the ultimate tennis experience for its members. However, the previously installed 1000W class metal halide lamps hindered the members' playing experience due to non-uniform light quality, with both dark spots and hot spots occurring on the courts.
