Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") is to define the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter the "Services") provided on the GigaTera website (hereinafter the "Site") operated by GigaTera Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), and to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its Users. Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms) 1. These Terms shall be effective for all Users of the Site. 2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, should a reasonable cause arise. 3. The amended Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Site. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, the User may cease to use the Service. Article 3 (Provision and Change of Services) 1. The Company provides the following Services through the Site: • Information regarding the Company and its products • Technical data and catalogs related to products • Customer inquiry processing and support • Other tasks designated by the Company 2. The Company may change the content of the Services provided based on changes in technical specifications or business decisions. Article 4 (Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights and Restrictions on Use) 1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights to any works posted on the Site (including but not limited to text, images, videos, designs, logos, and technical data) belong to the Company. 2. Users shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, use the information obtained from the Site for commercial purposes or allow a third party to use it by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or any other method. Article 5 (Obligations of the Company and the User) 1. The Company shall not engage in any activity prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and good morals. The Company shall strive to protect personal information so that Users can safely use the Services and shall do its utmost to provide the Services in a continuous and stable manner. 2. Users shall not engage in any of the following activities: • Registering false information • Misappropriating another person's information • Altering information posted by the Company • Infringing upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party • Damaging the reputation of or obstructing the business of the Company or any third party • Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information on the Site that is contrary to public order and good morals Article 6 (Disclaimer of Liability) 1. The Company shall be exempt from responsibility for the provision of Services if it is unable to do so due to a force majeure event, such as an act of God. 2. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the User. 3. The Company shall not be liable for the reliability or accuracy of any information, data, or facts posted on the Site, unless there is intentional gross negligence on the part of the Company. Information contained on the Site is subject to change without prior notice. Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) 1. Any dispute between the Company and a User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 2. Any and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the area where the Company's headquarters is located. Addendum These Terms shall take effect on August 1, 2025.
